Daily responsibilities of the Sales Agent
• establish relationships with new customers
• maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and feedback
• identify and respond to client needs
• keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
• follow up on customer orders as necessary
• anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
• meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
Qualifications for Sales Agent
• Certificate or Diploma in sales and/or marketing from any college or institute registered under the Higher Education Authority (HEA) of Zambia Act No. 4 of 2013
• excellent oral and written communication skills
• superior interpersonal skills
• ability to take initiative and work independently (might require you to travel to clients)
• exceptional organizational skills
• good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications (Do not worry we have in-house fresher training)
• 1+ years’ experience in sales (interns are also welcome to apply)
• 1+ years of experience in the IT and computer industry
• sound knowledge of industry standards (TQM, ISO)
• confident and charismatic approach to people (Friendly but professional)
